On Line SaaS (Software As A Service)
This is the most cost effective model, and has the lower overall TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
You can go with either User or Project licenses
Please note that in the Online Model there is no lock in period. You fully control how many licenses to use & pay for and when to terminate.
Since you own all your data, you can easily export all the project data in to an Excel file and terminate your licenses at any point in time.
This 'Ease of Exit' and 'Control over Cost' makes TraceCloud very appealing to our customers.
User Licenses
- Read / Write User (Unlimited projects) : $40 per month
- Read Only Users (Unlimited projects ) : $25 per month

Project Licenses
- Pay Per Project, Unlimited Users
- Number of Requirements between 0 and 2,000 : $200 per month
- Number of Requirements between 2,001 and 5,000 : $500 per month
- Number of Requirements between 5,001 and 10,000 : $1000 per month
- Number of Requirements between 10,001 and 20,000 : $2000 per month
- After 20,000 Requirements (Unlimited users) : For every 1000 additional Requirements, $100 per month
On Premises
For clients with a need to integrate heavily with internal systems, and big enough user base
to justify a dedicated deployment, an On Site installation may be the answer. The pricing
for this model is determined based on the number of expected users on the system.
