Deployment Options & Pricing


This product comes with three deployment options.
a) A Free Software As A Service model.
b) A Paid Software As A Service model.
c) An On Site model, where your IT team deploys the software and maintains it.



SAAS (Software As A Service)

This is the most cost effective model, and has the lower overall TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). With this model...

  • You can start with the Free version and continue to use it for Free. It comes with the following restrictions.
    • The Free trial is only for 60 days
    • A Free trial user can only create up to 500 Requirements
    • A Free trial user can not create requirements in projects with more than 500 Requirements
    Other than these limitations, the Free trial account comes with complete TraceCloud functionality.


  • You can convert to a Paid account by opting for either User license or for Project license
  • A Read Write User license costs $30 per month and a user can create unlimited projects / requirements in the system
  • A Read Only User license costs $25 per month this user can access unlimited projects / requirements in the system
  • If you prefer, you can go for a Project License. With this model, you won't need to buy individual user licenses
    • $350 per month for a project with less than 5,000 requirements
    • $700 per month for a project with more than 5,000 but less than 10,000 requirements
    • $1000 per month for a project with more than 10,000 requirements
  • With the SAAS model You pay for only for what you use. Since the billing is on a per user-month or per project-month basis you can quickly ramp up / down your usage, without having to make a large upfront investment.


 On Site

For clients with a need to integrate heavily with internal systems, and big enough user base to justify a dedicated deployment, an On Site installation may be the answer. The pricing for this model is determined based on the number of expected users on the system.
